Culture eats strategy for breakfast 

For many years, Andrew has been working on the question of how to make medical cannabis more accessible for those in need.

 

As founder and CEO of Dascoli Pharma he connects the dots and sets the strategic direction. With his team-building and networking skills he is setting the course for growth.

 

Before founding Dascoli Pharma, he led a consulting agency for entrepreneurs and investors in the hemp, CBD and cannabis industry. 

Sandra our Head Pharmacist at the company- owned pharmacy 
Stauffacher Apotheke brings more than over 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical area.

 

With her team she supports our customers in recieving an individual and holistic service and advice. Her passion and expertise for nutrition, health prevention and biohacking led her to found her own label „bodelight“.

 

Sandra holds a MAS in nutrition & health and a pharmacist degree from ETH Zurich. 

Schirin is in charge for our communication and sets the tone of voice in our company. She has spent much of her career in corporate communications in some of the largest finance and insurance companies with a strong focus on sustainability & social impact.

 

She holds a Masters of Arts in Social Anthropology and History.

 

Currently she spends her part-time working as a newsanchor at a Swiss digital TV channel. 

As CSO Simon is responsible for the areas of Research & Development and Medical Affairs. The development of cannabis for medical purposes in the pharmaceutical sector and the establishment of a corresponding training program are the focus of his work.

Simon worked in the phytopharmaceutical field in Swiss leading pharma companies for more than seven years and supported the development of medical cannabis in Switzerland for 20 years, e.g. as a board member of the Swiss Society for Cannabis in Medicine SGCM-SSCM.

 

He holds a MSc from ETH Zurich, a Swiss federal pharmacist degree and received his PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in endocannabinoid system research.

Selcuk, our Wholesale Business Development Manager, designs and implements Dascoli Pharma's sales strategies. 

 

Selcuk has been working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years and was Managing Director of the first medical cannabis importer in Germany. He has an extensive network and is very familiar with the complex regulatory requirements of this environment. In his role, Selcuk deals with customer needs and market developments in our industry on a daily basis. In this way, he provides the strategic inputs for the further development of our company in the wholesale sector. All for the benefit of our business customers. Their wishes and needs are his main focus.  

Sarah leads the ongoing business operations within the company. In this role she provides strategic ways of bridging ideas to execution. Ideation and execution are part of her DNA.

 

With the founding of her own agency in 2014 she has been in communications, marketing, branding and design for more than 15 years and worked with national and international brands.

 

She is an expert in branding and holds a CAS in Health Care Marketing. As executor and change agent she leads the day-to-day execution of our strategy.
